Very Berry and Banana Smoothie

Loaded with antioxidants to protect your cells and boost immune function, this smoothie will keep you protected all-day long!

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium banana, sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup unsweetened nut milk (almond, coconut, oat, etc.)
  • 1 ½ cups mixed berries, frozen or fresh
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder, optional

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
TIP: You can freeze these smoothies in popsicle molds to make a fun treat/dessert!
