"Lemon lime flavour is great and I really liked the texture. 24g of carbs and the glucose:fructose ratio is spot on. If they could make the packaging a bit smaller and easier to open, it'd be perfect. I found the gel only filled half the package and took a bit of time to squeeze out. It's fine for easy sessions or intervals with designated rest but would be too finicky for race day."
"I’ve loved the Lemon Lime Energy Gel while training for the Eugene marathon. The flavour is light and refreshing without being overpowering, and it sat well on my stomach during long runs. The texture was also super easy to take mid-run, which I care about a lot during marathon training. Excited to eventually try the unflavoured version too!"
"This was my first time taking a gel and I was very nervous because ive heard that consistency and flavour can be off putting. As soon as I poured it in my mouth I knew this would not be the case l! Tasted great (lemon lime) and the consistency was smooth! Will definitely take again!"
"The energy gel was a pleasant surprise! I slurped one up before my hike and it kept me motivated and energetic the whole way through. I will do this every time I hike now! So much healthier than an energy drink and no body tingles like a pre-workout gives (and it tastes great!)."
"At the moment im doing 40 races for my 40th and they have saved me! Its the first gel that doesnt hurt my stomach and actually works for me. Well done love this product"
"The Lemon Lime flavour was great! It helped me to have the energy to do back-to-back jiu jitsu classes."
"So yummy, i love this flavour and how it has no caffeine!"
"Flavor is good"
"They get me through races and give me an extra boost. I got the lemon-lime ones, and they're really good. All of my runner-friends love them as well! Would definitely recommend and buy again!"
