Ingredients
- 1 can white beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- Dash of salt
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/3 cup stevia
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 3/4 cup oat flour
- Herbaland protein gummies of choice
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine all ingredients except for the gummies and blend until a smooth dough forms. Drop by heaping spoonful onto your cookie sheet and smooth the edges of each ball of dough. In the centre of each ball, press one and a half Herbaland gummies to form a heart shape. Bake for 12-15 mins until golden brown, and enjoy!
