Vegan French Toast

Surprise your loved ones by making them some yummy Vegan French Toast. With this recipe yielding 6-8 slices, there's enough for the entire family!

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 Tbsp of chia seeds, ground (use a coffee grinder)
  • 1.5 cups of plant-based milk of choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 6-8 slices of bread of choice, I used sourdough

Method:

  • Grind chia seeds first if you can
  • Throw everything into a blender and mix well
  • Pour mixture into a shallow bowl
  • Dip bread to coat each side evenly
  • Cook in air fryer on high until crispy (about 10-12 mins)
  • No air fryer, cook in a frying pan the traditional way

Toppings:

  • Herbaland gummies
  • Fresh berries
  • Coconut whipped cream
  • Cacao nibs

Other ideas:

  • Maple syrup
  • Powdered sugar
  • Caramelized apples
  • And more!
