Ready to make these delicious treats from the kitchen of @conniekyleung? Here's what you'll need:
I N G R E D I E N T S :
- 1 cup — pumpkin puree⠀
- 3 scoop — vanilla protein powder⠀
- 1/4 cup — coconut sugar ⠀
- 1/3 cup — almond mylk⠀
- 2 — flax egg⠀
- 1 tsp — baking powder ⠀
- 1/2 tsp — baking soda⠀
- 1 tsp — vanilla extract⠀
- PB drizzle: add water until it reaches to a thin consistency⠀
- top with: black grapes (halved)⠀
D I R E C T I O N S:
- Preheat the oven to 325F⠀
- Prepare the flax egg (1Tbsp flax meal + 3 Tbsp water) and let it sit for 15 minutes⠀
- In a small bowl, mix the protein powder, baking powder, and baking soda⠀
- In a separate bowl, whisk the pumpkin puree, coconut sugar, almond mylk and the flax egg⠀
- Pour the batter into a 9x9 square pan and on top, place the halved-black grapes facing down ⠀
- Bake for 25 minutes⠀
- Let the brownie cool down and drizzle it with the PB drizzle⠀
P R O T I P:
- For a chocolate version, use 2 scoop chocolate protein powder + 1/2 cup cocoa⠀
- Try different types of fruits such as apples or pear - but make sure the fruit does not contain too much juice to avoid a soggy brownie⠀
