Pumpkin Brownies
Ingredients:
β’ 1/2 cup almond butter
β’ 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
β’ 1/4 cup maple syrup
β’ 1 Tbsp ground flax
β’ 1/4 cup cocoa powder
β’ 1 tsp vanilla
β’ 1/2 tsp baking soda
β’ 1/8 tsp salt
β’ 1/4 cup chocolate chips
β’ 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350F
2. Combine 1 Tbsp ground flax with 3 Tbsp of water and set it aside
3. Add all the ingredients in a food processor except for the chocolate chips. Process until smooth
4. Once smooth, add the chocolate chips and pulse a few times
5. Pour the batter into a 6x6" baking pan lined with parchment paper and bake for 40 minutes
6. Check doneness by inserting a toothpick in the center. If it comes out clean, remove from the oven
7. Allow the brownies to cool completely before transferring it to a wire rack
