Chocolate Marshmallow Bark with Gummies

Who doesn't love a little sweet treat during the day? We know we do! This Vegan Chocolate Marshmallow Bark Recipe by @Find_Wellness is perfect to beat any sweet tooth craving you may have. Add some Herbaland Gummies such as our raspberry Vegan D3 & B12 or mixed berry Multivitamins for a sweet berry and chewing treat!

Ingredients:

2 cups of chocolate chips or chocolate bar
1 tbsp of coconut oil
½ cup mini marshmallows (vegan by @mydandies)
15- 20 Herbaland Gummies
½ cup fresh raspberries

Method:

Fill a pot 1/3 full of water
Place a steel bowl in pot (use a double boiler if you have one)
Place chocolate in bowl
Once it starts to melt, add coconut oil
Line a flat dish with parchment paper
Arrange marshmallows, gummies and raspberries
Pour chocolate over everything
Place in freezer to set
Once solid, break into pieces
Enjoy!
