- 2 tbsp. cocoa powderΒ
- Β½ cup quick-cooking oats
- Β½ tsp. baking powder
- ΒΌ tsp. sea salt
- Β½ cup maple syrup
- ΒΌ cup coconut oil
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- Β½ cup chocolate chunks
Instructions:Β
- Combine all ingredients (except chocolate chunks) in a food processor and mix until completely smooth.
- Stir in the chocolate chunks and pour into a greased 8β square pan.
- Bake at 350F for 15-18 minutes.
