Loaded Pepper Sandwich with Vitamin C Gummies

Kick off backyard snacking this summer with this easy and refreshing loaded pepper sandwich!

Check out this "Must C" Lunch! Peppers are loaded with Vitamin C - and so are our gummies. For a healthy, crisp alternative to your regular sandwich, try this bell pepper sandwich to perk up your day!

What you will need:

  • 1 bell pepper, any color
  • Hummus
  • Veggies of choice, I used sprouts, lettuce, cukes
  • Avocado slices
  • Pickles slices
  • Sauerkraut
  • Olives for garnish

How to:

  • Cut pepper in half and remove seeds
  • Spread on hummus
  • Load with veggies, pickle slices, sauerkraut, avo, etc
  • Close like a sandwich
  • Garnish with olives
  • Serve with a side of Herbaland Vitamin C gummies for dessert
