Who is Herbaland?

Herbaland is a Canadian wellness company founded in 2009 and Canada's largest nutritional gummy manufacturer. Based in Richmond, British Columbia, we create innovative gummy vitamins, supplements, and functional snacks designed to make wellness enjoyable and convenient.

Is Herbaland a Canadian company?

Yes. Herbaland is proudly Canadian-owned and headquartered in Richmond, British Columbia. All Herbaland products are manufactured in Canada at our Richmond facility.

Ordering & Shipping

Where can I buy Herbaland products?

You can buy Herbaland products directly from our online store, as well as through Amazon and select retailers in over 45 countries. Use our Store Locator to find a store near you and check product availability in your area.

Product selection may vary by retailer, so we recommend contacting the store or checking availability online before visiting.

How does shipping work?

Herbaland currently ships within Canada. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 to 7 business days, though delivery times may vary depending on the shipping option selected and your location.

Please note that orders are not processed on Canadian statutory holidays or British Columbia statutory holidays. If you have any questions about your order or shipping, please contact us at pr@herbaland.ca.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Herbaland offers free shipping within Canada on orders over $70 CAD after discounts are applied. Orders under $70 CAD are subject to a flat shipping fee of $10 CAD.

Free shipping for subscription orders are from $50 CAD and above. Subscription orders under $50 CAD are subject to a flat shipping fee of $10 CAD.

Shipping rates and delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes. Herbaland offers local pickup for online orders from our head office in Richmond, British Columbia. Simply place your order online and select the local pickup option at checkout.

Please note that our Richmond, BC location is a manufacturing facility and not a retail storefront, so orders must be placed online in advance.

Pickup hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific Time, excluding statutory holidays. We are also closed between Christmas and New Year's.

What is your return and refund policy?

We want you to be happy with your Herbaland purchase. If you experience an issue with your order or products, please contact our team at pr@herbaland.ca and we will do our best to make it right.

For the fastest support, please include your order number and a brief description of the issue when reaching out. Our team will review your request and assist with any applicable return or refund options.

What payment methods do you accept?

Herbaland accepts a variety of secure payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Google Pay. Available payment options will be displayed at checkout.

Are Herbaland products vegan, gluten-free, or sugar-free?

Most Herbaland products are vegan and gluten-free, and many are low-sugar or sugar-free. However, some products contain animal-derived ingredients, including Omega-3 Classic Gummies for Kids (fish oil) and our Collagen Jelly Snacks (marine collagen).

Our manufacturing facility is certified gluten-free, and all Herbaland products are made with non-GMO ingredients. In addition, our products are free from many common allergens, including soy, dairy, nuts, peanuts, and eggs.

How do I log into my account?

To log into your Herbaland account, click the account icon on our website and enter your email address and password. If you don't have an account yet, simply select "Create Account" and follow the prompts to register.

Creating an account allows you to view your order history, manage your information, and enjoy a faster checkout experience.

What if I forget my password or email?
