D3 & B12:
- Recommended dose (Adults aged 18 and older): Take 1 gummy once per day a few hours before or after taking other medications.

Sweet Dreams
- Recommended dose (Adults aged 18 and older): Take 2 gummies per night at or before bed time.For jet lag: Take 2 gummies a day at bed time, while traveling, and at destination until adapted to the new time zone/daily pattern. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.
Cautions: Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Avoid taking with alcohol or products that increase drowsiness or have sedative properties. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if: you are taking medications for seizure, blood pressure, to suppress the immune system (immunosuppressive medications), to affect mental state or increase sedation, steroids or blood thinners, you have cardiovascular, immune, liver or chronic kidney disease, hormonal or seizure disorders, asthma, depression, diabetes, low blood sugar, migraine, if symptoms persist or worsen, or if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia).
Known adverse reactions: Stop use if allergy occurs or if you experience headache, confusion, or nausea. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness.

Senna Leaf Laxative
- Recommended dosage (Adults aged 18 and older): Take 2 gummies one time per day. Allow at least 6 to 12 hours for laxative effect to occur. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Take a single dose at bedtime. Take two to three times per week. If results are not observed, the frequency of use may be increased up to once daily.
Cautions and warnings: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking cardiac medications such as cardiac glycosides or antiarrhythmic medications, thiazide diuretics,corticosteroids, licorice root or other medications or health products which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a kidney disorder, fecal impaction, or symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or fever. Reduce dose or stop use if you experience abdominal pain, cramps, spasms and/or diarrhoea.

- Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol): 25 mcg (1000 IU)

Are the gummies safe to take together?

When should I take Senna Leaf, Sweet Dream and D3 & B12?

Senna Leaf: It’s recommended to take Senna Leaf Laxative gummies when feeling constipated. Please note that it typically takes 6-12 hours to feel the effects of Senna Leaf.

Sweet Dream: Take them 30 to 60 minutes before you're ready to sleep.

D3 & B12: These should be taken in the morning or early afternoon, ideally with food.
